Native American style flutes exchanges, returns, and warranty

I appreciate your business, and I want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Please contact me immediately regarding exchanges, refunds, and warranty issues.

Exchanges and returns:

Flutes and accessories must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear within seven days after receiving them. I would prefer it if you exchanged the flute for another one. Exchanges and refunds do not include shipping and insurance costs; it is for the price of the item(s) only. Include the invoice with your return, and why you are returning it. The return shipping and insurance cost is your responsibility, and is not refundable. You are responsible for the flute and or items during shipping, so please ensure that it is well packed and insured with the shipper you use. I am not responsible for damaged or lost items being sent back to me. Please don't think of my exchange and return policy as a way to “try it before you buy it.” Custom order returns are accepted on a case by case basis. However, I must determine that I can resell the custom flute.

After your return is inspected by me, I'll send you an email to let you know that I have received your return and if a refund is applicable. The approved refund will be processed by me within five days.


 

Warranty:

I warranty my flutes for thirty days after the purchase date. The warranty covers structural defects, and natural cracks. My warranty doesn't cover damage from shipping, accidental damage and or wear and tear. Please provide pictures of the defect when you contact me for a warranty issue. My warranty covers the cost of the flute only, and the original shipping and insurance charge is not refundable.
